The tubes are made of Polyethylene material, (solid red, white, and blue color) manufactured for durability and long lasting use. All Indicator Tubes come with reflective tape for EASY NIGHT FISHING VISIBILITY. The Indicator tubes are milled and drilled by hand. They are designed to indicate when a fish strikes or when a fish is on.
The hook is stored "IN" the tube with the line (twine) wrapped around the hook for safe and easy transportation and storage. The line is size 18 tarred nylon seine Twine, w/170 lb breaking strength or more. This twine is specially black tar treated and dried. This makes it easy to tie and holds knots.
PORT ARTHUR ties a #7 standard snap swivel attached with a Palomar Knot. Swivels are polished brass with stainless steel snap for easy hook replacement. Limb Lines will catch a variety of Fish. Simply change hooks for Crappie or Cat. Once you use Port Arthur Instant Limb Lines, you will be hooked!
