How do I make Lucky Snipe Flavored Chicken Wings (or shrimp, etc.)?
- Cut wings into 3 sections; discard wing tip section.
- Marinade your meat in Lucky Snipe Wing Sauce for 12 hours.
- In a saucepan, heat the Lucky Snipe Wing Sauce and 1/4 stick of butter over medium-low heat. Add Lucky Snipe Hot Sauces to adjust the heat upwards to taste. Let it bubble up, and then turn off the heat.
- Cook wings in deep cast-iron or electric skillet, heat oil to 350°.
- After cooking, place wings in separate deep bowl. Pour the sauce over the cooked wings and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Place the wings in an ovenproof dish and pour the Lucky Snipe Wing Sauce over the top. Toss to coat, and then bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with vegetable sticks and Lucky Snipe Sauces for dipping.
Enjoy!!
